Signing up for a membership is completely free.

To begin, select your country on the homepage and register your account using an email address that matches your chosen payment method. This is a crucial step!

Ensure that your profile is completed with as much detail as possible to ensure that you receive surveys tailored to your preferences. Moreover, having a comprehensive profile will increase the frequency of survey invitations you receive.

We kindly ask that you attempt to register once more and verify that the postal code has been entered accurately. It should be manually entered without any spaces (You can find it on Google).

If you encounter the same error message, please send us a screenshot of the issue, and we will escalate the matter to the relevant department for further investigation.

You can easily reset your password by following the next steps:

• Go to the login page
• Click “Forgot my password” underneath the login area
• Now, type in the email address you used for registering with the survey portal
• We will immediately send you an email containing a link for resetting your password
• Check your inbox
• Click the link in the email
• Set a new password

• Firstly, go to your profile page.
• After that, go to the Security section.
• From there, you will be able to create a new password.

The quantity of invitations you receive is contingent on your country of residence. Residents in specific countries may receive more invitations compared to those in other locations. Additionally, participants are chosen based on factors such as age, gender, habits, and level of education, as stipulated by the marketing agencies that distribute surveys.

We highly recommend completing your profile with comprehensive information to ensure that you receive surveys tailored to your preferences. Furthermore, a detailed profile increases the frequency of survey invitations you receive.

Certain surveys are designed for specific target groups based on characteristics that may not be included in your profile with us. Consequently, it is possible to receive an email invitation for a survey that you are not eligible to participate in.

Many surveys require particular target groups, and some may include a “pre-survey” with a small set of questions to determine if you fit the criteria for the examinees. If the system determines that you do not meet the requirements for the survey, you will be disqualified, typically within the first few questions or, in rare cases, later in the survey. In such instances, the survey will not be recorded.

We recommend completing your profile with as much information as possible to minimize the likelihood of this occurring in the future, ensuring that you only receive surveys suitable for you.

We always extend more invitations than necessary as it is difficult to predict the exact number of participants who will take part in our surveys. This practice is essential to ensure that we meet our customers’ requirements for the specified number of participants within a set timeframe.

Our system sends invitations to all individuals who are likely to qualify for the survey. Due to the process, not all recipients receive the invitation simultaneously. While some may receive it earlier, all intended recipients will eventually receive the invitation. The order in which panelists receive surveys is beyond our control.

Conversely, the agencies conducting the surveys only require a specific number of completed surveys. Once this quota is met, the survey is closed.
